A dispute is your business. We built this so that it stays that way.
Your answers are stored only in your own browser (localStorage). When you request a preview or your letter, they are sent to our server once, passed to our writing engine (Anthropic's Claude API) to produce the text, and returned to you. We do not keep a database of your answers or your letters. If you clear your browser data, they are gone from our side too — because they were never on our side.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Stripe provides us your email for the receipt and refunds.
We use basic, privacy-respecting page analytics and Google Ads conversion measurement (a purchase event with no personal content attached). We do not sell data, run third-party trackers, or build advertising profiles from what you write.
Text generation uses Anthropic's Claude API. Per Anthropic's commercial terms, API inputs and outputs are not used to train their models.
